Who we are
Voice of Education is a new national conference bringing together maintained schools, independent schools, alternative provisions and education professionals from all levels and fields of education.

The Voice of Education is a conference where every voice counts. We’re not here to ask you to sit quietly and listen while a panel does all the talking, instead, we want you to be part of the conversation.
We want our delegates to bring their opinions, concerns and ideas to the forefront, to help shape the future of Welsh education. Essentially, we pass the microphone to you, allowing teaching professionals to inform the decisions that matter most.
Whether you are a head teacher, governor, support staff or local authority representative, all education professionals are welcome to join the conversation, share their perspective and help influence the future priorities of Welsh education.

We believe that the strongest solutions come directly from the frontline that lay the foundations of education every day, which is why we’re opening all educational discussions to the schools most directly affected by them.
